The Department of Executive and Indigenous Affairs is seeking a motivated and collaborative professional to join our team as a Regional Coordinator, Governance and Service Integration. This position plays a key role in supporting regional service integration, governance processes, and partnerships with various governments, communities, and service providers to create changes in the way services are delivered to residents in the communities.
The position is located in Fort Simpson, NT.

Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:
Completion of a bachelor's degree in a social science or health-related discipline, communications, public administration, or policy, along with a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience:
A master's degree (5+ years of post secondary education) in a related discipline social science or health-related discipline, communications, public administration, or policy and 1 year of related experience; or
A diploma (2-3 year post secondary education) in a social science or health-related discipline, communications, public administration, or policy, along with four (4) years of related experience; or
A certificate (1 year post secondary education) social science or health-related discipline, communications, public administration, or policy, plus five (5) years of related experience;
Related experience is defined as progressively responsible work that demonstrates knowledge and skills in:
Facilitating collaboration between departments, agencies, and community partners to support service integration.

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is from $54.44 per hour to $65.03 er hour (approximately $106,158 - $126,809.) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $12, 807.
