The District of Saanich Police Department is looking for a dedicated Court Liaison Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process legal documents for court submissions

• Maintain detail and confidentiality in documentation efforts

• Utilize and manage specific police systems for court preparations

• Audit and ensure the integrity of police documentation

• Work closely with court and departmental policy teams

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and one year of post-secondary education

• At least two years in police records or court management

• Experience with police system maintenance and auditing

• Valid CPIC credentials with successful completion of training

• Hold a valid Class 5 BC driver’s license and municipal constable status
