Iqaluit Policy and Investigation Manager

Location: Outer Nunavut (Iqaluit)

Step into the role of Manager of Investigation and Policy within Iqaluit’s Office of Legislative Assembly. Drive systemic investigations and advocate for meaningful public policy changes.

This designated role focuses on reviewing systemic issues and individual complaints for the Office of the Languages Commissioner. You will report to the Director of Strategic Planning and Policy while ensuring collaborative engagement across various stakeholders. Your analysis will contribute to significant public policy recommendations aimed at enhancing community outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly report findings to the Director of Strategic Planning and Policy

• Conduct thorough investigations into complaints and systemic issues

• Produce reports recommending public policy changes

• Engage stakeholders for comprehensive data collection

• Ensure neutrality in analysis throughout investigations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in policy analysis and investigation roles

• Strong analytical and writing capabilities

• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement

• Familiarity with public policy and social issues

• Applicants must reside in Iqaluit
