Position: Lead Policy Analyst – Government of Nunavut
Location: Outer Nunavut (Iqaluit)

Shape the future of Nunavut as a Senior Policy Analyst. This key role in Iqaluit focuses on guiding decision-making through effective policy development aligned with community needs.

As part of the Government of Nunavut, your expertise will support the Minister in fulfilling legislative responsibilities. You will develop and implement policies based on comprehensive research and strategic analysis while emphasizing Inuit values throughout your work. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure cohesive initiatives across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Cabinet and legislative responsibilities of the Minister

• Develop and implement impactful policy strategies

• Coordinate comprehensive public relations and research initiatives

• Make informed recommendations for legislative changes

• Uphold Inuit language and cultural values in policy making
