This is a full‑time permanent position requiring 75 hours bi‑weekly.

As part of the Client Services team, the Senior Lands Officer leads the review and analysis of land applications; drafts legal documents; and manages land sales, leases, and licenses. The Senior Lands Officer collaborates with interdepartmental and intergovernmental representatives for input and consultation related to land applications and dispositions.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze land applications, draft legal documents, and manage land sales, leases, and licenses.
Collaborate with interdepartmental and intergovernmental representatives for input and consultation related to land applications and dispositions.
Essential Qualifications
Post‑secondary coursework in resource management, geography, land planning, law, or a related field.
Experience working within a legislative or policy framework.
Experience collaborating and/or negotiating with clients, stakeholders or organizations.
Experience managing projects.
Experience mentoring or training team members, colleagues or staff.
Experience researching, compiling and analyzing information.
Experience working in resource management or real estate is an asset.
