Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information on planning and development inquiries

• Maintain an information-rich service counter for the public

• Process and circulate various development applications

• Track and update application progress through reviews

Requirements:

• Diploma in land use planning or similar field

• 1 year of relevant experience in planning/development

• Familiarity with the Planning Act and municipal legislation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Capacity to manage multiple routine tasks independently
