As part of the Legal & Legislative Services team, you will support Council and Administration through effective governance and strategic policy initiatives. This senior role entails providing expert analysis, navigating complex legislative landscapes, and fostering collaborations across multiple levels of government and organizational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice on legislative and municipal developments

• Lead research and analysis for informed decision-making

• Build relationships across governmental and external partners

• Prepare executive briefings and recommendations for senior leaders

• Guide policy development and implementation initiatives

Requirements:

• University degree in Public Administration or related field

• 5-8 years of experience in strategic planning and policy development

• Strong knowledge of municipal governance and legislation
