The Department of Natural Resources and Indigenous Futures is seeking highly motivated individuals interested in filling the role of Resource Management Technician(s) (RS2) in the Winnipegosis District

Duties

Under the supervision and guidance of the District Conservation Officers (CO’s), the employee aids with the delivery of the departments multi-discipline resource management program, both in field and administratively. The incumbent deals with human-wildlife conflicts and maintains the district infrastructure, equipment, and grounds. This position will also accompany the district CO's on various types of patrols throughout the season (ie: boat, snowmobile, atv, etc.)

and provides guidance on backcountry areas of the district.
