Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced treatments including facials and body therapies

• Undertake comprehensive skin consultations and treatment planning

• Guide and develop esthetics team members

• Enhance retail sales via consultative selling

• Maintain sanitation standards and support inventory management

Requirements:

• Licensed Esthetician in Saskatchewan

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience

• Proven leadership capacity

• Strong understanding of skin physiology and ingredient science

• Experience with CRM software preferred
