We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our Salon team. The ideal candidate will provide expert eyelash extension services while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained

Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements based on client preferences

Deliver outstanding guest services, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, workstations, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations

Educate clients on lash aftercare, product usage, and other beauty services offered

Assist with retail sales by recommending products such as makeup, nail care items, or skincare to enhance client results

Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured beauty products and treatments

Upsell additional services such as body waxing, makeup application, or hair styling when appropriate

Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting guests, and processing transactions

Requirements

Proven experience in eyelash extensions or related beauty services such as nail care, makeup application, or body waxing is preferred

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients

Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty treatments and equipment maintenance

Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and address client questions or concerns

Experience in retail sales, upselling, or guest services within a salon or spa setting is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Flexibility to accommodate client scheduling needs; some positions may require availability during evenings or weekends depending on business hours
