Position: Nail Salon Supervisor Position Available

Become our Nail Salon Supervisor, a full-time role at $30.00 per hour. Oversee salon operations and provide exceptional service to our valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of supervisory experience and will manage a small team of 5-10 personnel. You will be responsible for scheduling, quality control, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures. This is an engaging role that focuses on optimizing client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule programs and events for salon services

• Monitor production quality and client satisfaction

• Assist clients with unique needs during visits

• Train staff on company policies and safe practices

• coordinate maintenance and repair activities

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a relevant field

• Strong emphasis on client focus and communication

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

• Must work on-site in Canada
