Pullman Palm Cove Sea Temple Resort & Spa  is a luxurious resort located on the southern end of Palm Cove beach, just 25 minutes north of Cairns. Purpose
As a Spa Therapist, your primary focus is to create a profoundly calming and tranquil experience for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service and expert care that supports their relaxation and well‑being.

Primary Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of pampering experiences, including soothing relaxation sessions, pregnancy massages, hot stone treatments, facials, body therapies, pedicures, and spa packages.

Develop a strong understanding of the spa’s products and the wide range of treatments and services we offer.

Provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests while maintaining a professional charm.

Maintain the spa’s inner and outer sanctuaries in impeccable, inviting conditions, including stock management of linen and supplies.

Handle appointments, payments, and administrative tasks efficiently.

Provide personalized home‑care recommendations and meet retail targets confidently.

Skills & Experience

Hold a Diploma or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Massage.

Exemplify impeccable grooming and presentation with a thoughtful communication style.

Possess expert time‑management skills and the ability to customize treatments for each guest’s unique needs.

Maintain composure and agility under pressure.

Bring a proactive, positive attitude, complemented by Hotel/Resort Spa experience, and be available for weekend and late‑shift flexibility.
