Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily operational excellence, including comprehensive team scheduling and efficient appointment management.
Elevate the client experience by consistently providing high-quality esthetic treatments and expert nail services.
Maintain and enhance our luxury standards, actively contributing to venue growth and overall business success.
Inspire and support the team, fostering a collaborative, positive, and high-performance work environment.
Manage inventory and supplies effectively to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Possess a valid Esthetician license.
Possess a valid Nail Technician license.
Demonstrated proven experience in hospitality, salon, or spa management roles.
Exhibit strong leadership, organizational prowess, and exceptional communication skills.
Display adaptability and flexibility to meet diverse operational needs and client demands.
