The Clayfield, a luxury boutique hotel opening in Summer 2026, is seeking Aestheticians who are passionate about skincare and committed to service excellence. You will provide a variety of spa treatments while contributing to a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Your role will involve building lasting relationships with guests and collaborating with a dedicated team to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform luxury facial and body treatments based on protocols

• Customize treatments through thorough guest consultations

• Educate guests on skincare and recommend retail products

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness before and after services

• Build strong guest relationships to encourage return visits

Requirements:

• Aesthetic diploma from a recognized institution

• Experience in luxury spa or wellness environments preferred

• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments

• Excellent communication and guest service skills

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
