Responsibilities   Perform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliations with precision and care
Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin types and recommend suitable treatments and products
Deliver engaging retail sales by educating clients on skincare lines and upselling complementary products
Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean, inviting treatment area
Build strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service
Assist in promoting special offers and new services to maximize client satisfaction and business growth
Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and retail transactions
Skills   Proficiency in eyelash extension application with attention to detail and safety standards
Strong retail sales ability with a focus on upselling skincare products and services
Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for every client
Effective communication skills for explaining treatments and product recommendations clearly
Experience managing front desk operations including scheduling and client check-in/out processes
Knowledge of skincare techniques, trends, and best practices in esthetics
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Strong social media skills and presence is favoured.
