- Transport patients in wheelchair or stretcher
- Collect specimens
- Administer first aid in emergency situations
- Provide personal care
- Provide companionship
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Administer bedside and personal care
- Feed or assist in feeding
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
