What We Offer

Competitive salary: $85,/year

Mileage reimbursement: (~$5,/year average)

Laundry stipend or laundry service

Sustainable caseload: 4–5 clients/day (≈20–22/week full time) with built-in travel time

Flexible schedule:
Set your own hours, as long as you deliver 20–22 visits/week (full time)

Fulltime administrative support

Regular mentorship and collaboration with experienced physios and rehab professionals

Who We’re Looking For

RMT in good standing with CMTBC

Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Experience with orthopaedics, elder care, neuro, or perinatal health is an asset
