A healthcare organization in Canada is looking for a Consulting Registered Dietitian to provide clinical support in a long-term care home for one day per week. Responsibilities include assessing residents' nutrition status, developing nutrition plans, and providing education to residents and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-term care and must possess current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario.
This role requires excellent communication and coordination skills.
