Bring your expertise to Bethesda Community Services as a Full Time Behaviour Consultant, providing essential services to individuals with developmental disabilities in the Niagara Region. This role prioritizes collaborative care and strategic behavioural support.

Bethesda Community Services is looking for a Full Time Behaviour Consultant to join our mission of uplifting individuals with special needs. You will be managing a diverse caseload while working with clinical teams and community partners. The role entails developing behaviour plans, training staff, and facilitating skill-building sessions to ensure effective support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a caseload of 8-10 clients with behaviour challenges

• Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans

• Monitor and analyze client behaviour through data collection

• Provide staff training on behavioural strategies

• Mediate programming conflicts effectively

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or similar is preferred

• 3-5 years’ experience with developmental disabilities required

• Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) or working towards

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Valid driver’s license and good disciplinary record
