As a Compassionate Personal Support Worker at Sienna, you will provide dedicated care in transforming seniors' daily living experiences at Case Manor. Drive positive engagement during evening shifts and nurture residents' comfort.

This part-time position involves working 30 hours biweekly, where you'll support seniors in their day-to-day living, advocating for their needs, and enhancing their lives with vital companionship. Your contributions will truly matter in fostering a caring community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in daily living and personal care

• Support residents’ emotional and cognitive needs

• Ensure residents access mobility aids and support

• Administer care as directed by health professionals

• Engage residents in fulfilling recreational activities

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized PSW program

• Passion for serving seniors with dignity

• Attention to detail in caregiving skills

• Ability to engage tactfully with families

• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check for safety
