The Care Company is seeking self-driven Personal Support Workers for full-time roles throughout Durham Region. Ideal candidates will have availability for 37.5-40 hours weekly, with preferences for flexible day, evening, and overnight shifts. Your work will involve travel to multiple clients, providing personalized care according to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and companionship to clients

• Prepare meals as requested, accommodating various cuisines

• Assist clients with daily living activities and hygiene needs

• Maintain safety standards and use equipment properly

• Document client care records accurately and thoroughly

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for work

• PSW certification or equivalent nursing/doctorate qualification

• Negative TB test completed within the last year

• Valid CPR/First Aid and WHMIS
2015 certifications

• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
