Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for healthy household practices

• Coordinate medical transportation for families

• Support clinics and home visits with health professionals

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Prepare and manage necessary health documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in community health

• Technical/Applied Science Certificate or equivalent

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Capable of handling sensitive situations calmly

• Current CPIC criminal record check required
