LAMP Community Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse for a full-time position. Bring your two years of community nursing experience to perform vital clinical assessments, manage intake and triage, and support complex patient needs. Your expertise in health promotion and teamwork will greatly impact the services provided to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform delegated clinical assessments and support exams

• Assist with intake, triage, and urgent patient calls

• Monitor patients and provide essential health education

• Deliver preventive health information and identify areas for improvement

• Maintain medical supplies and assist with referrals and procedures

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of two years’ nursing experience in primary care or public health

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Current First Aid and CPR certification
