Position: Regulatory Publishing Officer for Global Markets (Shubenacadie)

The Publishing Officer will ensure the successful preparation, compilation, and publishing of submissions in eCTD, NeeS, ePaper, and ACTD formats. With a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and 3+ years of relevant experience, you’ll work on submissions across numerous global regions including the EU, US, and Canada. The position demands attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines while ensuring compliance with health authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities   Perform publishing activities in eCTD, NeeS, ePaper formats
Compile and validate regulatory submissions accurately
Support submissions across various global regions
Coordinate publishing projects with internal stakeholders
Maintain version control and documentation
Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
3+ years in Regulatory Affairs with eCTD experience
Familiarity with international submission processes
Knowledge of eDMS and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Robust organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
Contribute to regulatory excellence and global compliance through effective publishing practices.
