Your role as a Speech-Language Pathologist at PMH involves managing an assigned caseload while applying best practices in speech-language therapy. Collaborate with clients, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care delivery. You'll also take on a mentorship role for students and provisional SLPs to support their professional development.

• Manage an assigned caseload with expert organization
• Deliver evidence-based assessments and tailored treatments
• Educate clients and caregivers on treatment plans
• Document activities and client progress diligently
• Supervise student clinicians in accordance with guidelines

• Valid SLP license in Manitoba
• Knowledge of client-centered care practices
• Proven experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Robust mentorship and leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with health care policies and documentation
