Position: Physiotherapist II for Community Health Care

Serve as a Clinical Physiotherapist II within Labrador Grenfell Zone, located in Labrador City. This full-time position supports evidence-based therapy focused on enhancing patient wellness and care navigation.

As a Clinical Physiotherapist II, you'll contribute to inter-professional teamwork while providing direct client care and operational leadership. You will be instrumental in promoting health education and community engagement, including facilitating virtual care options.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless transitions in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee comprehensive client assessments and treatment plans

• Lead group health promotion sessions for improved wellness

• Collaborate with community initiatives to enhance services

• Mentor healthcare team members and students

• Implement culturally competent health practices

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program

• Registered with the Newfoundland and Labrador College of Physiotherapists

• Minimum three years working with adult outpatient populations

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and travel capability

• Strong leadership and collaborative skills
