Key Responsibilities:

• Build therapeutic relationships with clients

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs

• Develop and implement customized activity plans

• Facilitate and lead group instruction and activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma and health-related post-secondary education

• Two years' relevant experience required

• Current Food Safe Handling Certification

• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and access to a vehicle

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
