Position: Medical Device Training Expert Needed

Become a National Clinical Specialist at Merit Medical, innovating in remote education from Canada. Focus on training clinical staff and enhancing product use across the healthcare sector.

This full-time role requires deep knowledge of medical devices and direct experience in clinical settings. As a specialist, you will provide training to sales representatives, clinicians, and technical staff to ensure their mastery of Merit products. Your leadership will also guide training program development and facilitate effective communication with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical education to staff and physicians

• Address and resolve technical issues in the field

• Monitor clinical evaluations and document findings

• Design and implement training strategies for various groups

• Present new product features at regional conferences

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational experience

• Minimum of five years in the medical field required

• Preferred background as a Registered Nurse or Technician

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills needed

• Familiarity with training curriculum development required
