Help empower individuals at Waseskun Healing Community as an Agent de réhabilitation communautaire. Your focus will be on creating personalized healing paths for each resident.

Waseskun operates within an innovative healing framework aimed at supporting men through their recovery journeys. This role involves developing individualized plans, monitoring their implementation, and coordinating with both internal and external partners to report on progress. You will also be involved in promoting family therapy initiatives to aid community reintegration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design healing strategies based on personal histories

• Track and review healing plan execution

• Communicate progress with community partners

• Write reports for community activities and outings

• Lead family therapy sessions in collaboration with the team

Requirements:

• Experience in rehabilitation or therapeutic settings

• Strong analytical and communication skills
