Lindsay Direct Support Professional Position

Location: Peterborough County and North Hastings County (Lakefield)

Karis Disability Services invites you to apply for the Direct Support Professional role in Lindsay, ON. This part-time position offers 16 hours per week, including weekend shifts, providing a chance to impact individuals positively.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will assist individuals with activities of daily living and implement person-centered plans to promote their independence and growth. This role involves working closely with clients' families, advocates, and the community, fostering a sense of belonging while embodying Karis Disability Services' core values.

• Assist in daily living skills and growth development

• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check

• Proven access to reliable transportation

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience

• Qualifications in developmental services work

• Full G license and insurance required
