Location: Outer Nunavut (Iqaluit)

This one-year term role focuses on providing clinical pharmacy services at Qikiqtani General Hospital and Kivalliq Health Centre. Collaborate with health professionals to ensure safe medication practices and address patient-specific therapy needs. Your contributions will be essential in improving patient outcomes and medication management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze patient medication orders
• Identify and resolve drug therapy issues effectively
• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical activities
Requirements:
• Doctor of Pharmacy or equivalent education
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience
• Eligibility for Pharmacy Examining Board certification
• Licensed or able to be licensed in Nunavut
• Understanding of Inuit communities is beneficial
Lead the charge in enhancing patient care through your pharmacy expertise in Iqaluit.
