Take on a rewarding role as a General Duty Sonographer at Shared Health’s Brandon Regional Health Center. This position is essential in delivering quality ultrasound services to patients.

As a General Duty Sonographer, you will work under the direction of the Charge Technologist to provide diagnostic ultrasound examinations. Candidates must have completed an accredited Ultrasound program and possess active registration with Sonography Canada or the ARDMS. You will need strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate within a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ultrasound services upon physician request

• Manage and organize diagnostic files effectively

• Uphold accreditation standards and policies

• Assist in patient care management during exams

• Foster teamwork with healthcare professionals and external agencies

Requirements:

• Accredited Ultrasound training program graduate

• Active registration with Sonography Canada or ARDMS

• CPR certification as per employer requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Valid Manitoba driver's license for required travel
