As a Clinical Pharmacist at The Royal, you will lead collaborative efforts in medication management and coaching pharmacy staff. You will contribute to the development and review of departmental policies, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards. The role requires strong communication and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate on medication distribution and safety strategies

• Teach and mentor pharmacy learners effectively

• Disseminate critical drug information to stakeholders

• Participate in committee and research activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or equivalent

• Registration in good standing with the Ontario College

• Experience with Meditech applications preferred

• Knowledge in medication reconciliation processes

• Ability to work in compliance with hospital safety policies
