Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist donors upon arrival

• Perform vital sign measurements and screenings

• Manage donor charts and records diligently

• Help streamline operational processes effectively

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols for donor interactions

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Customer-facing experience of at least one year preferred

• Current state phlebotomy certification necessary

• Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs periodically

• Wear gloves consistently due to exposure risks
