Registered Ultrasound Technologist Position

Location: Western Manitoba (Swan River)

Excel as a Registered Ultrasound Technologist, providing essential imaging services in person. Your expertise will enhance patient diagnostics and ensure a quality healthcare experience.

This role emphasizes the delivery of ultrasound services with strict adherence to operational guidelines. You will perform scans, manage patient communications, and contribute to the maintenance of diagnostic equipment. Previous ultrasound experience is preferred, and proficiency in both French and English will enhance your candidacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute ultrasound scans requested by Physicians

• Manage patient requests and diagnostic files

• Ensure equipment is functional and securely maintained

• Comply with safety and quality assurance programs

• Assist in additional diagnostic responsibilities if qualified

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program required

• Must hold active registration with Sonography Canada or ARDMS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desired

• Ability to communicate effectively in English required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
