As a Band 7 Sonographer, you will carry out a variety of ultrasound scans to support patient health. This position requires proven experience in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, and General Ultrasound, ensuring robust communication with healthcare colleagues. Be prepared to produce thorough diagnostic reports and maintain clinical excellence while also mentoring junior staff and managing service demand for MSK scans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute ultrasound scans across obstetrics and gynaecology

• Generate accurate diagnostic reports for treatment pathways

• Ensure adherence to clinical standards and patient safety

• Collaborate with professionals within the healthcare team

• Mentor and support students and junior staff

Requirements:

• HCPC registered or equivalent

• CASE-accredited Medical Ultrasound qualification

• Proven NHS ultrasound experience

• Strong patient care and communication abilities

• Skilled at working independently and in a team
