Position: Cabri Emergency Medical Responder Role
Location: Southwestern Saskatchewan (Maple Creek)

Step into a vital role at Prairie Health Care Centre as an Emergency Medical Responder in Cabri. Provide critical pre-hospital care and coordinate patient transport during emergencies.

This part-time position requires flexibility across shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, covering 336 hours over a 12-week schedule. As a professional, you will leverage your EMT training and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient care and support. All communication must be clear and effective, particularly in cross-cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver emergency medical assessments and care

• Facilitate safe patient transfers and transport

• Document all patient interactions accurately

• Collaborate with team members on the scene

• Communicate effectively in diverse environments

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 education

• Emergency Medical Responder certificate (EMR)

• CPR Level C certification required

• Class 4 driver's license necessary

• Current First Aid certification
