Position: Personal Support Worker - Ontario Contract
Location: Renfrew County and Lanark Highlands Township (Deep River)

AFIMAC Canada is actively seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to provide comprehensive care for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role includes working closely with clients, managing documentation, and ensuring the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily activities for clients in need

• Implement care strategies according to Individual Support Plans

• Document all care services provided accurately

• Help clients with mobility and personal needs

• Create a nurturing and safe environment for residents

Requirements:

• PSW or DSW diploma or certification required

• Proven ability to handle crisis situations

• Prior experience in caregiving preferred

• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification

• Availability for 12-hour shifts, 5-7 days a week
