Personal Support Worker Evenings and Weekends

Location: Riding Mountain (Neepawa)

Join an ICOF Employer as a Personal Support Worker, providing companionship to an independent adult during evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates are organized and have a passion for social activities.

This role seeks individuals who are actively engaged in social and recreational pursuits. The position requires a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for efficient transportation. Experience in caregiving is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual who shares our passion for support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support during evenings

• Participate in social and recreational activities

• Assist the client with daily living tasks

• Encourage and motivate the individual in their activities

• Maintain a safe living environment for the client

Requirements:

• Experience as a Personal Support Worker is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• A proactive attitude towards training and development
