Elk Valley Resources is seeking a Senior Coordinator to support general health and safety initiatives across its regional operations. In this role, you will instill adherence to occupational safety policies while mentoring contractors and employees. Your experience in program management will be essential to drive safety performance and training alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration of health and safety programs

• Engage contractors to implement risk controls effectively

• Review contractor compliance with safety training requirements

• Assist in preparing environmental health and safety work plans

• Facilitate field compliance and monitoring efforts

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; degree in safety preferred

• At least three years of health and safety experience

• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of behavior-based safety principles

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
