Certified Ultrasound Technologist in Ontario

Location: Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands

Join WELL Health Diagnostic Centres as a certified Ultrasound Technologist, part-time. Provide comprehensive ultrasound examinations while ensuring top-tier patient care and safety practices.

As part of Ontario’s largest independent diagnostic health operator, you will perform ultrasound scans across multiple equipment types, including MSK, abdomen, pelvic, breast, and thyroid. Patient safety and confidentiality are priorities as you prepare and observe individuals during their procedures, maintaining a supportive environment throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify patient identification and preparation accurately

• Explain the examination process to patients clearly

• Monitor patients for any symptoms during the exams

• Conduct quality checks on ultrasound equipment

• Compile and organize necessary reports for examinations

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of related experience in ultrasound

• Valid CMRTO certification needed

• Current CPR certification required

• Preferred experience in vascular, MSK & OB fields

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
