As the Environmental, Health & Safety Manager, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to enforce safety regulations and promote a proactive safety culture. The position requires extensive knowledge of safety management and operational compliance strategies. Your leadership will be paramount in achieving world-class safety performance and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of EHS programs and strategies

• Perform audits and collaborate with compliance teams

• Advise on safety practices across the resort’s operations

• Engage with regulators to maintain compliance

• Coordinate with environmental experts on safety measures

Requirements:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 3-5 years of operational EHS experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and management systems

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a matrix environment
