As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, your role encompasses providing high-level consultation and the evaluation of complex drug therapies. You will also participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research while mentoring and educating pharmacy students. This position requires collaborative teamwork to ensure the best patient outcomes in the assigned specialty area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver consultation services to health professionals

• Advise on complex drug therapy cases

• Maintain quality assurance and develop standards

• Provide academic instruction and mentorship

• Conduct research relevant to clinical pharmacy

Requirements:

• Current Pharmacist registration in British Columbia

• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency

• At least two years of relevant hospital experience

• Background in a designated specialty area

• Capacity to communicate effectively and lead educational efforts
