Position: Compassionate Personal Support Worker for Homecare in GTA
Location: Fort Simpson

Make a difference as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) dedicated to compassionate homecare. Provide essential support for clients, focusing on personal care and daily living in a nurturing environment.

In this impactful role, you will report to the Client Services Coordinator and deliver exceptional care tailored to each client's needs. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with personal care, companionship, and mobility support, ensuring safety and comfort erience with ALS clients is highly valued, as you contribute to improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, and daily living activities

• Provide companionship and respite to families

• Accompany clients on outings and appointments

• Document health changes in electronic charts

• Ensure a safe and respectful environment

Requirements:

• Experience with ALS clients recommended

• PSW Certificate from recognized program required

• Proficient English communication skills necessary

• Current CPR and First Aid certification needed

• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screen and vaccinations needed
