Position: Field HSE Advisor for CNOOC Projects
Location: Tignish

Drive safety excellence as a Field HSE Advisor s field-based role focuses on implementing HSE plans and ensuring safety regulations are met throughout project operations.

Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will be instrumental in delivering safety orientations and managing HSE documentation. Your expertise will help enforce safety initiatives while supporting contractors in adhering to the project HSE plan. Effective communication and strong organizational skills are key to thriving in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safety orientations for workers and supervisors

• Conduct audits and inspections per project requirements

• Maintain up-to-date HSE files and documentation

• Support contractors with HSE regulation guidance

• Participate in HSE meetings and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety preferred

• 5+ years experience in a Health and Safety role

• H2S, WHMIS, CSTS or GSO certifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
