In this important role, you will support Cencora’s patient and provider services through Innomar Strategies. You will coordinate with insurance companies, healthcare professionals, and patients to maximize medication reimbursement solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing financial means tests and managing documentation for coverage approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate prescription drug coverage for patients

• Manage communication with insurance companies

• Process relevant documents and submissions

• Implement Financial Means Test for coverage

• Report all adverse events to appropriate units

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Minimum 2 years in customer service, office setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
