Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outreach services to priority health populations

• Collaborate on health program design and evaluation

• Support sexual health initiatives within communities

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

• Work autonomously and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) required

• CPR certification must be current

• Familiar with adult and child education strategies

• Infection Control certification is advantageous
