Elevate clinical integrity as a Clinical Research Associate II with Novotech, focused on participant rights and data accuracy. Collaborate with trial sites and support timely project delivery.

The Clinical Research Associate II is integral to ensuring compliance with ICH GCP standards and local regulations. In this role, you will foster relationships with Principal Investigators and site personnel, drive participant recruitment initiatives, and ensure all trial data is complete and auditable. Utilize your experience to manage site monitoring activities and maintain high standards in clinical trial execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with Principal Investigators and site staff

• Manage participant recruitment and site engagement plans

• Prepare site essential documents with IHCRA collaboration

• Monitor investigational sites as per Clinical Monitoring Plan

• Ensure all trial data is accurate and current

Requirements:

• Fluent in French

• Graduate in clinical or life sciences

• 1-2 years experience as a Clinical Research Associate

• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
