Bethany College side is seeking a Health Care Aide in a casual role to deliver compassionate care according to personalized resident care plans. Duties include assisting with daily activities, safety adherence, and documenting important health observations. Effective communication and teamwork will enhance the care experience for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living needs

• Document care observations for nursing staff

• Ensure a safe environment through safety practices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care delivery

• Promote independence and resident dignity at all times

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 10 and Health Care Aide certification

• Registration with Alberta’s College of LPNs and HCAs

• Experience in healthcare preferred, not required

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to thrive in demanding physical conditions
