Key Responsibilities:

• Support patients with daily hygiene and personal tasks

• Prepare healthy meals according to their care plans

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Commuting to patients’ homes within the specified area

Requirements:

• Certification as a Personal Support Worker

• Demonstrated compassion and reliability in patient care

• Flexible and passionate about community health

• Licensed driver with a vehicle availability

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
